Patricia Tseli Faraut established Africa Femmes Performantes in 2003 in France. A native of Cameroon, she has lived in France for 17 years.

Africa Femmes Performantes is an African organization responsible for promoting black women entrepreneurship worldwide by valuing and developing their talents.

One of the yearly highlights of the organization is an annual International Congress of Black Women.

Ms. Faraut says she was inspired by the work of the late great Dr. Dorothy Height.
