Wisam Elfadl is a youth worker, who has been active in organisations such as the Finnish Refugee Council and The Finnish Children and Youth Foundation.
She has been working with diversity issues, for example together with children and young people with refugee and immigrant background, as a Cultural Interpreter, a Campaign Officer and as an Arts Workshop Instructor.
