25-year-old American woman Chaunté Lowe has jumped higher than any other woman in the world this year.
“Know that I have more to give”
Tomorrow, in the GP race in Sollentuna, Lowe is aiming to take Kajsa Bergqvist’s stadium record.
“I have never missed here, and Kajsa was phenomenal. If she cleared 2.04 it is not sure that I will succeed, for she was better than I am now. But I will certainly try, “says Lowe to SVT.
It was at competitions in Des Moines, Iowa, USA, on Saturday that Lowe noted the season’s best 2.05 and raised her personal best by four centimeters.
“I do not know where my limit is but I know I have more to give,” she says.
