In partnership with the Commission for Equality and Against Racial Discrimination (CICDR) and the High Commission for Migration (ACM, I.P.), the National Institute of Administration (INA, I.P.) developed an online training course entitled “Literacy on racism and racial discrimination”. The course has now been made available on the NAU platform.

The aim of the course is to train people to better understand racism and the value judgements or beliefs that support it, and to consolidate knowledge on the evolution of anti-racist norms and measures to combat and prevent racism. The course is structured around four modules, offering a sequence of short-term activities (videos, animations, polls, resources, case studies of everyday life, and so on).

The course is open to all citizens with an interest in this topic as well as – and in particular – civil servants, contributing to the provision of a public service guided by the principles of equality and non-discrimination.

Participants can sign up here between 31 May – 20 December 2022, and the course is open from 31 May – 27 December 2022.
