Seybah Dagoma is a lawyer and a French politician born in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique) and a member of the Socialist Party. She is the Deputy Mayor of Paris responsible for the social economy.

She holds a Master of Business Law and Economics Degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Masters Degree in Finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
