Carole Da Silva is the Founder and Director of the AFIP, (Association pour Favoriser l’Insertion professionnelle). The objective of the association is to help young minority graduates find a job. AFIP has a method including knowledge of the enterprise needs, coaching, and various training courses. A member of the High Council for Integration, Carole also takes part in the EYEO steering committee.
