With over 14 years’ experience in HR Jacqueline set up her own Recruitment Consultancy specialising in placing people within the Management field. Through this experience, she realised that she had a passion to encourage, motivate and inspire those who discovered that they were in the wrong careers and stayed out of lack of confidence in their acquired capabilities and fear of changing, she re trained as an Adult Literacy Lecturer to teach and motivate people to identify their gifts, discover their purpose and fulfil it in spite of barriers that may pose as a threat to their success.
Jacqueline has been featured and interviewed on several media networks discussing the work she does with women nationally and internationally, some of which also includes her resources. Such networks include Ben TV, OH TV, Revelations TV, Premier Radio to name but a few. Her books include “The Widow’s Jar of Oil – Knowing What You have to Get Out of DEBT”, Your Talent is Your Wealth and her most recent title “Being Single to be Married – Preparing Yourself for a Purpose Driven Marriage, all have an underlying message and that is to fulfill divine purpose.
Her company Empowered Woman Ltd focuses on empowering women from one level of performance to another level of achievement, the aim is to empower women through structured leadership mentoring programmes that will build them up to empower those in their community, environment and world at large through packaging and applying their skills, talents and gifts to build enterprises.
Jacqueline also hosts a yearly women’s conference called The Empowered Woman Conference. This conference is free to attend and is her way of giving back to women who need information and knowledge and to renew their mind to move to a new level in life. Her monthly newsletter EW Newsletter reaches out to women nationally and internationally with up to date information on events and workshops and features a section called Women Stepping Out!
