Jade Avia – UK
Jade Avia is a young, beautiful, natural TV and Radio presenter. She currently co-hosts the Capital Xtra Breakfast Show with Kojo and presents her own Sunday evening show 16.00-20.00. Jade also hosts The Chart Show for Emirates in flight entertainment. Jade is very hands on and has recently produced and presented an online TV Show called LipGloss and Candy Floss.
Diva Cruz – Sweden
Since she is a professional percussionist, Diva Cruz uses percussion while playing record. She has been playing drums since she was little, first in children’s orchestras and later as a percussionist in various salsa bands in Colombia, where she grew up.

I picked Candice to be a Black Women in Europe Blog™ 10th Anniversary Shero for many reasons but mainly for her positive energy that I find completely infectious! I first blogged about Candice in March 2009 when I learned about her Dolly Mixes. She is known for her signature blend of house and Gospel music that makes me want to sing and dance and laugh at the same time. I also chose Candice for her drive, diverse appeal and creativity.
