Lorine Zineb Noka Talhaoui, better known by his stage name Loreen (previously Lorén), born October 16, 1983 in Stockholm, is a Swedish Idol Participant, singer and producer of Moroccan-berbiskt descent. In 2004 she participated in Idol 2004, where she finished fourth. In 2011 she participated in Melodifestivalen 2011 with the song “My Heart is Refusing Me” but went no further than second chance.
Loreen won Melodifestivalen 2012 with the song “Euphoria”. She moved on from the first race in Växjö and went straight to the Final on 10 March 2012. There, she finished in first place and therefore will represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan.
