I’m asking you to:

  1. Extend a phone call to someone whom you have not spoken to in a while.
  2. Check in on your friends who may appear to be strong but need some encouragement.
  3. Take time for “self-care” by going for a walk, relaxing at home, or safely catching up with friends and family.
  4. Visit Mind Org. #WorldMentalHealth
