I’m an African American yoga teacher in Paris and I’ve been looking for a network to share my offerings. I just started my business this year. I teach clients privately, not in a public setting and my focus is on relaxation and healing though I offer power classes as well. I’ve been a yoga teacher for 7 years and also offer Thai massage and Reiki.

Although each class will look a little different based on your needs in the moment, I have the same process for each session: checking in, quieting the mind, doing the physical work and grounding the energy. This is meant to help keep you clear and focused so you can get after your goals, be consistent, and have compassion for yourself and others. The yoga workout doesn’t hurt either 😉

Thai Yoga Therapy feels amazing. Its like doing a yoga class while deeply relaxing (some people even fall asleep!). This form of massage has been around for thousands of years. I use my hands, feet, arms, and legs to guide you into sweet yoga stretches and I relieve muscle tension in the process. You walk away feeling relaxed and receiving so many amazing benefits such as better range of motion, a feeling of deep relaxation, reduced stress, and even clearer thinking!

Reiki is a type of energy healing where I gently rest my hands on several parts of the body to help the receiver to facilitate their own healing process. Energy goes where it needs to balance overworked or weakened states within my clients.
