I’ll be honest, past Stockholm Beauty Weeks have been better, more fun, and more memorable for me.
- The year I met Marie Houston
- The year I met Marcel.
- The first year I had a blogger pass.
- The year the 360 photo machine was one site, and I took a picture in a handpainted jean jacket.
- The year I met a 70+ year old woman with whom I still correspond.

I thought the Posthuset space was too small. The majority of people I crossed were not the friendliest. But a handful were amazing. The atmosphere was too circus-like, and someone even nudged me out of the way to take a picture. A. PICTURE. And it was not with the Queen. She could have asked me to move. She. TOUCHED. Me. Let’s move on to my video recap.
What I liked.
These Masq+ eye pads may have been the big winner, as I saw so many of them under so many eyes. I managed to get a set applied before I ran to catch the train.
One of the really lovely vendors was the woman at THRS. The do while label room fragrances.Your custom-branded candle. Yaaaas!

The mocha strawberry ice cream from 3 Friends was something I would definitely eat again. They were complimentary for everyone, as was a packet of towlettes haded upon entrance.
There was also a Green Tea fragrance company. The caps on their bottles were so unusual. The small was lush, and I hope I can find their information when I unpack. I don’t see them listed on the event website.
NOTE: This is the first year since I wasn’t assigned a blogger’s pass that I didn’t get an influencer’s pass. I was told I wasn’t big enough. And Scratch of Sweden wasn’t there due to other obligations. So no Marie Houston on-site.
I could give more reasons why I left feeling somewhat flat, but cool under the eyes. But I won’t. Stockholm Beauty Week remains the place to be, at least in Sweden, for beauty lovers and those in the beauty business.
